Been a long time

Hello there.

I more or less fell off the wagon after January. So here I am starting over yet again. 

I competed in my first pinup contest in April. After seeing the pictures from the contest I was really disappointed in my overall appearance. 

With that, I decided to hold off competing again until July and set some goals:

July 1st Goal: 20 pounds 

August 2nd Goal: 30 pounds (my 20 year reunion is slotted for August 7th) 

I'm slowly getting back into working out. Unfornately I'm not consistent yet. So far I've only done 2 days out of the week. Mostly at home workouts but my plan is eventually to get to the Y. I am now fully vaccinated and I bought new workout shoes. 

My work has been really stressful as of late and I need to channel that aggression through working out. I purchased a kettle bell Saturday. Kettle Bell swings are my go to! Also my work schedule has changed a bit which is good/not good in some ways but it does give an extra day to squeeze in workouts. 

What else? 

I got an air fryer for my birthday so this well help up my food prep game. I made chicken for the work week. I'm really trying to get back into that habit for work. Another thing is that when I can't sleep I want to snack which isn't helpful to my goals. I'm easing back into intermit fasting too. 

Also I purchased a Blend Jet 2 which has been really hyped up as of late. I am hoping this will help as well achieve my goals. 

Last but not least, my weight is higher than it was back in January. It is what it is though we all have to start somewhere. 

I'll end off with my starting weight: 254 pounds
